HiRISE images for May 20, 2009

The following new images taken by the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter spacecraft are now available:

• Crater Ejecta in Utopia Region
  This image of a crater in the Utopian region can be described as what happens when heat produced from an impact comes into contact with Mars' icy surface.
• Evolution of Dune Field from Crater
  This image is a section of an impact site in the Acidalia Planitia albedo region of Mars.
• Monitoring Change in Bright Wind Streaks
  The purpose of this observation was to monitor changes in bright wind streaks near the feature Tharsis Tholus.
• Dunes
• Fans and Polygons
• Sawtooth Pattern in Carbon Dioxide Ice
