HiRISE images for June 3, 2009

The following new images taken by the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment (HiRISE) on the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter spacecraft are now available:

• Central Peak Gullies
  This image is of the eastern half of the central peak of Lohse Crater located in the southern hemisphere.
• Spider Features in the South Polar Region
  This image is part of an ongoing seasonal monitoring effort in this location in the southern polar region of Mars.
• Two Craters South of Sirenum Fossae
  This image shows two craters in the southern hemisphere just south of Sirenum Fossae.
• Central Peak Gullies of Lohse Crater
  This image is of the eastern half of the central peak of Lohse Crater located in the southern hemisphere.
• Dome and Crater
• Candor Mensa Ferric Oxide and Sulfate Section
• Fresh Impact Crater
